Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance. I encourage you to reach out to inquire what your out-of-network coverage is, as some insurance companies will be able to reimburse partial or full payments. Super bills can be provided upon request.

what is your fee?

I charge $200 for a 50-minute session and I use secure online billing. I do not bill insurance; however, I can provide you with a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company. Before booking an appointment, I suggest calling the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about your out-of-network therapy benefits and to learn how to submit an out-of network reimbursement claim.

How should i prepare for our session?

Since we will be meeting virtually, be sure to find a quiet and private area, where you won’t be disturbed. It’s best to wear headphones if there are other people in the area. Do what you need to do to get ready for the session, whether that be taking a few deep breaths, having a nourishing snack or grabbing a glass of water!

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. I always offer one freebie, however, after that I will charge the full amount for our session if not canceled within that time frame.

Do you see clients in person?

No, at this time I am only seeing clients virtually.
